I am with M&T Bank. I am also a Gold VIP Hilton Honors Member. The reason why I am writing you is to inform you of what a wonderful Hampton Inn you have located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.

As a Bank Officer and Account Executive for M&T Bank, I travel all over PA, WV, and DE. I always stay in Hampton Inns. When on leisure, I also always look for a Hampton Inn first based on the area I am going to stay. Out of all my hotel stays my favorite hotel by far is the Hampton Inn in Cranberry, PA. I drive 45 extra minutes just to stay in this hotel.

Everyone from Senior Management to the Maintenance Staff is always so friendly courteous and very accommodating. I feel like I drive from my house to my other house when I arrive here. There are a few that exceed and I felt that I need to take the time to recognize them. They are, Hotel Manager, Carla Biaggi and her three front desk staff, Barnabas, Vivian, and Jeff. They all greet me by name, welcome me back and always relate to me on a personal level. Yes this may be required but they do it in a way to make you feel as though it is truly genuine as I know it is and I also want you to know that not other Hotels do this. When you look up Guest Service these four individuals define it and set the bar for others should strive to achieve. You are very blessed to have all of this entire staff and Hotel in your chain. Please take the time to praise them, not only do they deserve it but I know with my internal sales staff, that extra "that a boy" goes a long way. We have been staying at Hampton Inns ever since they pioneered the hot breakfast buffet and included its cost in the room rate. Our family has been traveling more the last few years as we have been taking several trips visiting college campuses with our high school aged children and attending our son's collegiate football games. We typically stay at a Hampton Inn as the rooms are clean and moderately priced and the hot breakfast is enjoyable.

This past weekend, we traveled to the Pittsburgh area to watch our son's college football team play a local team. En route, we discussed that perhaps we were tired of Hampton Inns and ought to try another chain in the future.

Fortunately for the Hampton Inn chain, it was the Cranberry Township Hampton Inn at which we stayed on October 6. We were very impressed with your hotel in many ways. First, we arrived early and the desk clerk was very kind in switching our room so that we could go ahead and get settled before the game. Next, the housekeeping staff was extremely pleasant. We could tell that they took pride in their work as the room was immaculate. We were very impressed with the furnishings in the room, more elegant than most Hampton Inns.

We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was a delightfully warm temperature. The pool and the hotel tub were sparkling clean, as was the rest of the pool area. Again, we could tell that the pool attendant took pride in her work as well.

Breakfast was fantastic. Even though the hotel was booked that night, the attendants were pleasant and were busy keeping everything stocked and clean. We especially like the arrangement in the breakfast area as there were more food stations which eliminated the congestion we experience at other hotels.

Ms. Biaggi, I commend you on a very well run hotel. Obviously, you are an excellent manager to have such a pleasant staff who are meticulous in their work. We will most definitely stay at the Cranberry Township Hampton Inn if we are in that area. Thanks to you and your staff, we will continue to make Hampton Inn our top choice when we travel.

As one of your Gold card members I see quite a few of your hotels and the one that my family and I recently stayed in in Cranberry Township, PA rises above. The hotel night clerk was extremely helpful with providing extra linen for my family and the hotels rooms were very impressive. The breakfast area was also well maintained and the staff overall were very helpful. I told the staff that this hotel was much better than the last one I stayed in and they were obviously very pleased with the compliment.

I am simply writing today to let you know about a good experience I had at the Cranberry Township Hampton Inn, Cranberry Township, PA.
 
This hotel is actually near my home and I had never before visited the hotel.  On Friday, December 28,I had a bad experience at a nearby business in which they would not allow my 4 year old child use their
restroom.  As you can imagine, when a child of that age needs to go they need to go quickly.
 
We got in the car and headed to the Hampton Inn.  We were immediately greeted with a smile by Dana at the front desk.  She quickly pointed me in the direction of the bathroom and our mission was successfully
completed without further incident.
 
My sons have always been very impressed with Hilton properties (I am not kidding - they rank you way ahead of those other guys).

I spent several years as a hotel manager and General Manager, both limited and full service properties. I have been out of the business for many years and because I have small children, my family and I very seldom get to travel. My husband and I went to Grove City for a first time visit and since Cranberry
is about a halfway point we decided to stay the night. I wanted you to know that we found your hotel to have very high standards. The room was exceptionally clean and everything in it appeared to be newly renovated. The bedding was amazing. There was nothing in the room that was anything below perfect. We did utilize the pool for about 20 minutes before it closed and that too was very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Typically breakfasts that are included in the room rate are average at best, especially if you are not an early riser. Being away from home from our kids, the last thing we wanted to do was get out of bed early just to eat a good breakfast. We had already decided we would go to the
lobby and check out the breakfast, but thought we would need to eat elsewhere. We were very surprised at how good the breakfast looked. Everything was very well stocked and did not look like it had been sitting for hours on end. The lady tending the breakfast bar was really friendly, even coming to ask if we needed anything else before she tore it down. We loved shopping at Grove City and plan to go back soon and we have already decided that anytime we go there to shop we will be staying at your hotel. Although we did think the room rate was a little high (because we are not frequent travelers, we have no discounts like AAA, etc.) everything about the stay made every dollar we spent worth it.
